125 Point Inspection

Every Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, and Ram Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) has to pass our stringent certification process guaranteeing that only the finest vehicles get certified. All vehicles undergoes a rigorous 125-point inspection and a thorough reconditioning process using Authentic Mopar Parts. The 125-Point Inspection consists of a comprehensive road test and an extensive inspection of the interior, exterior, operational functions, and engine areas as well as equipment operation, powertrain performance, steering performance, braking performance, vehicle comfort and fluid inspection.

Warranty Program

Each Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is factory backed, providing you with a Limited Warranty running from the date vehicle is sold as new date the vehicle was sold or at the expiration of the 3/36 Basic Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty covers repair or replacement of most major powertrain components including transmission, engine and driveline. Along with the comfort of the Limited Warranty, Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles provide additional coverage for the lifetime of your vehicle that will cover your CPOV for as long as you own it!

3-Month/3,000-Mile Maximum Care Warranty
  • Starts on the date of the CPOV sale, or at the expiration of the remaining 3/36 Basic New Vehicle Warranty
  • Maximum Care Warranty covers most vehicle components (a total of 5,000)
  • A deductible may apply per covered repair visit. See dealer for details

7-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty
  • Runs seven years from date vehicle was originally sold as new or 100,000 miles on odometer (whichever comes first)
  • Covers repair or replacement of most major powertrain components, including transmission, engine and driveline
  • A deductible may apply per covered repair visit. See dealer for details

6-Year/80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty
  • Runs six years from date vehicle was originally sold as new or 80,000 miles on odometer (whichever comes first)
  • Covers repair or replacement of most major powertrain components, including transmission, engine and driveline
  • A deductible may apply per covered repair visit. See dealer for details

Lifetime Certified Upgrade Plans
Now you can upgrade your 7-Year/100,000-Mile or 6-Year/80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty with a choice of three Lifetime Certified Upgrade Plans. It's a feature offered only by Chrysler Group LLC because we're confident in our products and loyal to our customers.

  • Starts on the date of plan purchase(4)
  • Upgradable Service Contracts include: Powertrain Care, Added Care Plus and Maximum Care
  • A deductible may apply per covered repair visit. See dealer for details

Other CPOV Service Contracts options, including Certified Added Care Plus and Certified Maximum Care Plus, can provide optional protection on anywhere from 250 to 5,000 components and can also be upgraded. See your dealer for more information or call 1-800-677-5782.

Towing/Roadside Assistance

We are proud to provide towing and roadside assistance. The 8/80 Warranty provides 24-hour "sign and go" towing and roadside assistance. The plan provides coverage for such items as towing to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep dealer or Chrysler authorized repair facility, flat-tire change, battery jump, out-of-gas fuel delivery (max of five gallons), lockout service.

  • 24-hour "Sign and Go" (up to $100 per occurrence) includes:
  • Flat-tire service (with your good spare)
  • Gas delivery (up to two gallons)
  • Battery-jump assistance
  • Lockout service (i.e., keys locked in car, frozen lock, etc.)
  • Towing service (if vehicle is inoperative)

Car Rental Allowance
  • If your vehicle requires repairs, is inoperable due to the failure of a covered component; and repairs take overnight
  • Up to $35 per day ($175 maximum per occurrence)
