I came in for an oil change, routine service, and a tire rotation, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Came in for service today the service department was excellent decided to check out the new trucks not one sales person came out, went inside the showroom not one person came to talk to me until I was walking back to the service department buy then it was to late to talk. I'll just stick to getting my car serviced.

It has been my experience the service center is obviously mismanaged. The time the vehicle is taken into the shop for service has been 2-4.5 hours after the appointment time while I waited for the vehicle. It is a farce to schedule an appointment for a specific time. The first time I took my 2024 2500 Ram I waited almost 5 hours so they placated me with a free oil change. So being hopeful, because it wasn’t a Saturday, I tried again today. Keeping with their usual pattern I was told it would be 1 1/2-2 hours. Needless to say after 1 he 40 minutes my truck was still sitting outside in the parking lot. When I wanted my vehicle back I again was offered a free oil change to wait longer. I declined their offer. Unless you’re prepared to spend a long time waiting I would suggest you find an alternative way to service your vehicle.

Very professional and is very well and easy to get along with, answers all my questions, fixed anything wrong on the information on the car and fixed the paperwork when it was wrong and very clear with everything about the car and tells everything about the car showing he is very knowledgeable and makes it a very good place. First of all I am a Dodge guy and my tech receiving my truck Kris is awesome at his job trying to get things done for his customers. Kris I appreciate everything,Everytime! Thank you sir! While my new truck was there for an electrical repair it was damaged to both doors and the front of it, and had I left the dealership I would be stuck with the damage! I was told it would be fixed but to my surprise whatever body repair shop they hired put black magic marker on both doors and the damage was even more evident! So now I have met with Meg the supervisor once and she sent me out to Ford collision for the estimate on my Dodge Ram truck and now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle while it’s repaired and painted from the damage done in the service care or shop! This is my 5th truck and 1st I’ve got from Fayetteville usually deal with Lillington Dealership and I can’t find the words to express the difference between the two but I am highly disappointed in the care given especially since my truck was damaged by their technicians and the careless act. I no longer have a new undamaged truck as this repair will decrease the value no matter what the outcome of the paint and body repair! A phone call goes along way! Having a vehicle loaner for the guy who truck you wrecked says that I give a damn! By the way I’m a disabled veteran being treated like this so I’m not sure what or how they go about doing business with a regular Joe! I’d like to hear from someone that can help make this right because prior to finally fixing my electrical issues to damaging my truck stops all the good things I usually have to say about Ram and the dealership !

I was nervous about buying a car, but I ended up finding a beautiful 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I really wanted. The next day, I went to the dealership to see what the numbers would look like and was greeted as they were opening. Brayden helped me through the entire process, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. The team made the whole experience quick and easy from start to finish. Finance answered all my questions, and he even made sure every concern I could’ve had was covered! Brayden was straightforward and kept me informed at every step of the way! My husband and I had a great experience at the Dodge dealership. Taylor Bennett and Jason the manager was awesome ..We brought a 2022 Ford Expedition. Great price on my trade-in. They worked with us on flexibility on our loan on what we coukd afford that was right for us. I was saddened to trade my baby(BMW) in but I got another baby that was well worth it. THANKS YOU GUYS..for the overall experience.

Thank you Brayden, Logan and Mike for getting a quick and easy deal done on my new to me truck today. After a 2.5 hour trip home, I love it already. I feel I made a great decision coming here and they will see me again when I need a new truck.

Came in for an oil change and no warning lights on the dash. When I picked up my truck I noticed the TSC light was on. I restarted the truck thinking that would solve it and pulled out of the dealer. It became apparent very quickly that something was wrong. The truck would not shift out of 1st gear. I spun around and went back. Obviously they were not excited to see me, However... Jonathan W. in service called a technician out immediately. Within minutes there were two techs looking at my truck in the service drop-off area. After a system scan and troubleshooting, they deemed it necessary to take the truck in the back for the proposed solution of a system update. I didn't watch the clock, but it was less a hour until I had my keys back. A second observation I made: the tech who was going to take my truck in the back made careful verbal note that the service rep needed to put a repair order into the system so that he could take my truck back. While first glance may suggest that he was dragging his feet or wasting my time, I greatly appreciated that the tech was not only aware of company polices, but was in favor of following them. Employees who know and follow policies are great employees! Keep it up gents!

What do you look for in a quality Dodge dealership service department? One that is quick, efficient, gets things done the first time? If so, then Fayetteville Dodge Ram is NOT the place for you. I had my vehicle towed in on a Monday and didn’t get it back until Saturday afternoon. It required a new battery, alternator, radiator and a few other things. I left very early on Sunday morning and headed south on I-95. It seemed like all was well… until Tuesday morning the battery light came on and my car wouldn’t start again after I shut it off to get gas. I was able to push it to a location where a tow truck could pick it up and tow it. They brought it to another Dodge dealership, where they had it for 2 days trying to figure out why the electrical system (alternator and battery) was failing. Turns out that a ground from the alternator wasn’t connected and wasn’t charging properly. That cost me $265 to have them figure it out. I paid it and sent the invoice to someone at Fayetteville Dodge Ram, believing that I’m fully within my right to have them reimburse me for something they failed to do. That hasn’t happened and I don’t believe it will. So, if you want something like that to happen to you, then THIS is the place for you. The only reason why I gave two stars is because one of the service managers kept me informed and does read emails… although he doesn’t respond via email.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Worst experience ever. My son purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Paid cash for this truck to have engine light come on after only driving it 54 miles. Had the vehicle checked with Scanner tool at Auto Zone to find there were several cylinder misfires and other random misfires. Took it back to dealer 2 days later after no returned call from my salesperson. Arrived at 7pm and was told to leave and come back next day they were getting ready to close. Told them they don't close until 8 and not coming back. Wanted to speak with Manager in regard to major motor issues after just paying $30k cash for truck. Manager "Steve" who I later found is actually salesperson Jason had told us no returns, and they weren't fixing it. I took truck to Heister Dodge in Sanford to have it checked. Was told needs new motor, several lifters failing and metal shavings found. Called and asked for MGR. Was told I was speaking with Bo mgr and that there was no Steve working there when he said it's the first, he heard of an issue. I told him shouldn't be as I spoke with Mgr Steve, etc. Long story short, he wouldn't take vehicle back or return either. When questioned him about fees added to sales price of vehicle and they were hidden and not disclosed, he said the 946.83 was for an aftermarket package my son purchased. However, nothing in his paperwork or on sales purchase agreement had anything regarding such on it nor what it included in the package. When questioned his finance rep, was told no he didn't purchase an aftermarket package. Then asked what the 946.83 was for they couldn't give me an answer other than he signed and accepted it is what it is. He is also 18 and never purchased a vehicle and trusted them to do right. Even after telling them, it is deceptive practice, bait and switch techniques as well as violating Federal Trade Commission by not disclosing clear and concisely on purchase agreement any and all fees spelled out and cannot be hidden in the sales price of vehicle...they still refused to do anything. I told them I would be getting an attorney. I hope others that have been screwed over by them will join me! Finance lady I spoke with came out to my car wanting to know what to make it right. I said full refund or see you in court. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES-- WILL MAKE SURE THEY END UP ON BLACK LIST AT FT BRAGG DUE TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SO OUR SOLDIERS DON'T GET SCREWED EITHER!

This person told me that the service manager would call me back the following day before noon. The following day noon came and went. NO CALL! So I spent another three hours trying to speak to someone in their service department. AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I tried other numbers: talked to a receptionist, spoke to a couple more salesman. All of which promised to have someone in the service department give me a call. NEVER DID! I eventually gave up, went to the dealership and took my truck back from them. When I got there, I discovered at least one reason why I wasn't receiving callbacks. The one so called service advisor I found at his desk barely paid me any attention, because he was busy talking on the phone to his girlfriend and recording music videos with his phone to send to her. Worst of all, they didn't fix my truck, and I still had to pay these people $800! Its the last penny Dodge will ever see from me, which is a shame, because I have always liked their trucks. Shame on this particular dealership for ruining it for me and putting a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Dodge.

I met with Danielle and I can say that I have never been taken care of so well at a dealership. She had a great attitude and was smiling and laughing the whole time. I had some technical questions, and instead of pulling an answer out of (you know where) she admitted she didn’t know and jumped through hoops to get all my questions answered. The honesty and commitment to my satisfaction was unprecedented. The entire team worked for multiple days to ensure my financial needs were met. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Had a great experience here with Sean Brown buying my last car. Sean was professional, helpful and made the whole transaction a breeze from start to finish. Mamie ( salesperson) never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable during the entire car buying process, and Hannah ( finance manager) truly looked out for me in more ways than one. My experience with them personally was a 10/10. They’re the reason I even gave this place two stars instead of one. Now to the real issue: I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line (~31,000 miles) on August 19, 2025. Out of the 12 days I actually had the car in my possession, I only drove it for five days (the other seven I was out of town for military duty). On August 31, 2025, I ended up stranded two hours away on the highway when the car completely failed. The vehicle was towed and has now been sitting in a repair shop for 3–4 weeks awaiting an entire engine replacement. A second opinion confirmed what I already felt: there is no way a car only a year old with 31k miles should be experiencing catastrophic engine failure, nor should it have ever passed inspection and been sold in that condition. ‼️The official diagnostic from the repair center confirmed the engine had an internal failure, cylinder 3 bearing failure, and metal shavings throughout the oil from catastrophic failure. The full repair report states that the engine, turbocharger, and multiple gaskets all had to be replaced. Even after notifying the dealership about the issue, I never received a call or any follow-up. It felt like the dealership’s attitude was, “All we did was sell you the car now it’s your problem, not ours.” That lack of communication and responsibility makes this experience feel shady and untrustworthy. I was told, “You won’t have to worry about a car payment until November,” but what good is that when my car has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway? At this point, I have paid for and signed onto a vehicle I cannot even drive. Buyers beware. Do your homework before purchasing here. While Mamie and Hannah provided great customer service, the dealership sold me a vehicle with a failing engine, something that should have been caught, prevented, or disclosed. Please don’t respond with the generic, “We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience, please contact our manager.” If you want to address this, respond here in this review, where everyone can see your actions. This is my 3rd purchase with Dodge been shopping there since 2014. Danielle was my salesperson she's very patient and I told her excatly what I wanted she picked out the perfect SUV for my family. 5 stars to this Dodge Ram dealership. On a roadtrip up the east coast our Ram truck broke down on the highway. We had it towed to this location and everyone was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile, even staying after close to get our truck done so we could get back on the road. We had small children with us and it was comfortable to stay while they fixed it. We were so grateful for them and all they did to make a terrible situation a little more bearable . Thank you!!!!!!

I filled out an online form, on 10/16/24, requesting information on a 2024 RAM 2 wheel drive. This truck was listed on the internet for $36,550. I know, 2 wheel drive truck, a discussion left for another day. Within minutes I received 8 calls which I let go to voice mail. The next morning, 10/17/24, I received 2 more calls and a text at 8:30. I replied to the text and agreed to text and e-mail communication. Kira Ivery, sales consultant" sent me a "iPacket" with a price of $36,243. I then get a text from the General Sales Manager, Brian Myers, with a price of $41,806.44. I ask what's with the 6k difference and he says they used all of the manufactures coupons earlier in the month. Seriously? Kira had just sent me the lower price an hour earlier. To add insult to injury, this morning, 10/18/24 Kira sends me another "Ipacket" with a price of $44,050. What? I inquire why this price is now 8k over yesterdays! price and she says "prices change "daily' based on the market." Really? daily? Is there any question why this dealership has a rating of 1? I've had 6 new vehicle purchases in my life and I've allowed myself to be taken every time. I'm much older now and decided for once in my life I wouldn't be taken again. When I show concern for dealership tactics, I get push back and then no interest. It's as if they realize they can't make excessive profit on this customer so why bother. How is Fayetteville Dodge Ram still in business? They are in business because there are making a lot of money on somebody but today, not me. Check out the other reviews. I am not alone. We recently bought a 2024 Ram 2500. This was a pleasant experience and I can't thank the inside sales team enough for their help. Why the 3 rating? 3 weeks later that new Ram had a gasket leak and It went into service. Checked in on Thursday at 4pm. Friday the verdict is that it'll need a new Gasket. I'm not going to leave 1 or 2 stars because the staff seemed like they were really nice. I was greeted warmly. The place is very clean and tidy. However, I did not have a great experience working with Dodge Ram Fayetteville. I'm currently in the process of getting a Tesla Model Y. I currently have a Tesla Model 3. I put my Model 3 on KBB to see what I could get for it. Right now, I am upside down on my Model 3, so I'm leaning towards private buyer over selling to a dealership. So, I ignored most phone calls I received from dealerships. Because I knew I would get trade in value, especially when I'm not purchasing a car from their lots. However, I kept getting called by Dodge Ram Fayetteville. Almost twice a day. I got voicemails, I got text messages. They wanted to buy my Model 3. They were offering over $3,000 more than KBB. This is what was being communicated to me. So, I contacted them. I spoke with a very nice lady over the phone by the name of Valerie. I let her know that I'm not looking to buy a car from their lot, I let her know that I'm interested strictly because they were offering more than KBB, I let her know that I would not be giving up my car until my new Tesla was ready in Mid-June. She said all of that was not an issue, that she really wanted me to come in and get an estimate on my car. That way we can work a deal for the future. So, I scheduled said appointment. I ended up missing my first appointment because I got stuck in a work meeting. I honestly still was not feeling the dealership idea. So, I left it alone. Then I got another call from Valerie. Another text message from Dodge Ram Fayetteville. They really wanted me to reschedule and come in. So this time I did. I scheduled the appointment, I left work early, and I drove my butt over to Dodge Ram Fayetteville. I was greeted by a very sweet lady, the staff was dressed to impress. It was definitely a warm environment. I sit down with the lady who is helping me (not Valerie), and instantly I'm asked what kind of vehicle I'm looking to get into. I state that I'm not looking to get into any vehicle. I already have new Tesla ordered. I came in here to sell my Tesla. I was interested in the $3,000 over KBB offer I have been offered 100x now over the phone. She then states that trade in for a car value and selling outright are two completely different values. I state that I 100% acknowledge that, and that's exactly why I was not going to come in. But I was told numerous times that you guys wanted my car, even without me buying a new one from the lot. So, the nice lady goes out to my Tesla to take pictures. Gets all of the information she needs from my vehicle. We go back inside, and I take a seat. She goes and speak with one of her managers. A guy by the name of Jim, I think. I never met him myself. When she returns, I was shocked by her offer. Dodge Ram Fayetteville was not interested in my Tesla at all. No matter the value. They did not have Tesla charging stations at their dealership and did not want to deal with the hassle of trying to sell a Tesla from their dealership. So why go through all of the trouble to bring me in? Why pester me over the phone with calls and messages? Why have me leave work early to drive my butt over there? They just really need to have clear communication across the staff. Make sure that they are not just trying to use sales tactics to get anyone on the lot. That is just my two cents on the matter. Sorry for the long read. I'm not trying to blast this dealership, as I would work with them again. I just thought my visit needed to be addressed. Thank you.

What can I say. I bought my 2023 Challenger GT on April 19. My salesman Hank is a Navy guy like me so we hit it off immediately. The Challenger my fiance and I wanted was way in the back lot. I wanna thank Mr. Chris Macklin and Antwan Simmons for the outstanding customer service I received on April 13, 2024. I came in for an inspection. When I arrived, there was 2 service advisor. Chris and Sarah. Chris was working with another customer and Sarah walked away without acknowledging me. Which immediately showed me her poor customer service skills. At first, I thought she could have been a customer based off of her attire: (Cut off jean shorts, red t-shirt, and crocs). As I waited for the svc. advisor, I noticed a black dog in a cage, located where Sarah was sitting at. (Just thought it was odd to see). However, Mr. Macklin thank me for waiting and assured me he or someone would be with me shortly while he finished up with his customer. Less than a minute after he said that, Mr. Antwan Simmons walked in and said how can I help you ma'am. Told him I was there for an inspection. He took my information, keys, and escorted me to the waiting area. I truly appreciate Mr. Simmons and Mr. Macklin for such outstanding customer service. Displaying quality customer service like this will always make a customer like me come back.

The dealership is dishonest with its advertised pricing and charged me a market rate adjustment even though I said it would be a deal breaker, it was slipped into the financing. When I approached them about giving them the opportunity to make it right they insisted I take it to arbitration which I have filed. I have also brought the dishonest practice to the Fort Liberty mwr office who they advertise with to attract the soldiers.
